Ratings: 'Game of Thrones' Season 4, episode 3 matches series high in viewers

"Breaker of Chains" was up 5 percent from the previous week and tied a series-high of 6.6 million viewers for the initial broadcast. The two replays of the episode earned another 1.6 million viewers for a total of 8.2 million.

The Season 4 premiere set the highwater mark of 6.6 million back on April 6. The previous ratings high was Season 3, episode 6 "The Climb," which earned 5.5 million viewers.

"Game of Thrones" was recently renewed for Seasons 5 and 6. It airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
