'Real Housewives' Kenya Moore evicted from Atlanta mansion
Kenya Moore, one of the "RHOA" stars, was just evicted from her $4000/month mansion in Atlanta, reports RadarOnline.
A Fulton County, Ga. judge ruled in favor of Moore's landlord, Conya Dillon, who was suing Moore for failing to pay rent in May and defaulting on her lease.
Access Atlanta has obtained the writ from the court, ordering Moore to pay $2520 in rent for the period of June 1-18 and also give the landlord nearly $4400 for utilities, lawn and pool maintenance, $800 for late feeds and a $2000 eviction fee, plus unspecified attorney's fees.
Reportedly, Moore has not been the best addition to the neighborhood, with neighbors complaining that she is not maintaining the mansion's landscaping or pool, plus saying that her dog is always running loose.
Dillon says in a statement, "The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately. I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home."
Moore counter-sued Dillon, claiming that the non-payment is a lie made up because of changes Moore made to the house, like paint and curtains, that Dillon did not like. But the countersuit was dismissed with prejudice.
