It must be love for "The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" Teresa Guidice for her to put up with her husband Joe's constant run-ins with the law. His latest alleged caper?

According to the New York Post, Joe Giudice was arrested last Friday (March 25) for allegedly using his brother's ID card and personal information to get a fake driver's license in Paterson, NJ. As if he wouldn't be recognized?

Joe faces a prison sentence of up to 10 years for charges including the fraudulent use of an ID and forgery. He spent six hours in jail before two friends posted a $50,000 bond for his release. Apparently Teresa was making an appearance out of town. He was due in court today and reportedly plead not guilty to the charges.

Last September, Joe spent several days in jail for driving without a license. His driving privileges were revoked last year after he hit a pole and failed a Breathalyzer.

We want to believe this is a big mix-up, because who would be dumb enough to try and pull off using a fake ID in a town where you're well-known in addition to being a TV personality? If it is true, we would have hated to be him when Teresa got home.
