Did we write this story already? It seems like déjà vu. Reports of whether Teresa Giudice has signed her contract for Season 3 have been swirling for months.
Now, according to TMZ, the housewife, who's best known for flipping tables and most recently Andy Cohens, is demanding Bravo double her salary or she's walking.
If she was telling the truth on her Oct. 2009 bankruptcy filing, that would mean her new salary would be a not-so-whopping $6,666 a month. Um, we're sure Bravo could swing that for all the viewers Teresa's literal flip-outs attract to the show.
Instead, according to the site's insiders, Bravo is calling the housewife's bluff and searching for replacements.
Previously, we reported insiders were saying Teresa was holding off on signing, because Bravo was shooting with her family members. Oh, then there was the whole book debacle, in which she apparenlty struck a deal with Bravo to promote her cookbook on the show in exchange for 10% of sales. Yet, not one of the scenes that were supposedly shot aired...
A Bravo spokesperson tells us the network doesn't comment on contract negotiations. Reportedly, Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita have already signed on for the next season. And our sources have told us the search for Dina Manzo's replacement has been on, since she walked out.
If all this is true, should Bravo cough up the cash or give Teresa her walking papers?
