Housewife Jacqueline Laurita, husband Christopher Laurita and fellow cast member Joe Gorga are facing assault and harassment charges following a brawl at a local clothing store's grand opening in Ridgewood, N.J. on March 30, In Touch reports.

Ridgewood Police Captain Jacqueline Luthcke confirms that "charges are pending at this time against the three individuals," and that the police are waiting "for the court to sign off on the charges still."

The brawl, which also involved a Paramus, N.J. resident named John "Johnny the Greek" Karagiorgis, occurred on-camera, while the hit show was filming. The store's owner says that "three custom sinks were broken" and that "there was blood on the walls" after the fight broke out between Karagiorgis and the cast members.

Karagiorgis' attorney, Nicholas Sekas, describes his client as having sustained "serious medical injuries." His client also plans "to seek justice at every level."

While one source tells the publication that "Johnny was attacked by the cast," several other show insiders say that Karagiorgis has an ulterior motive. "He's doing this because he's embarrassed and he's hoping the footage will never air," one insider says. "For a year and a half, he has been causing drama for the cast. He would do anything to get on the show."

The Ridgewood Patch reports that Karagiorgis allegedly mocked the Lautiras' autistic son, prompting the brawl.

Though cameras were rolling throughout, it's unclear if any of the footage will make it to air. Season 5 premieres on Bravo on June 2.
