Rainey was charged with inflicting bodily injury on a woman who is a "spouse, former spouse, cohabitant or former cohabitant." He was also charged with trying to stop her from reporting it, according to police.

He is currently still in jail and being held on a $50,000 bond. The arrest happened July 13.

This is hardly Puck's first run-in with the law.

He was arrested for domestic violence in 2003, 2009 and 2011, then he went to jail in November 2012 for stalking a woman. He was credited with 400 days time served and had to serve 300 more. He got out a little early -- and was promptly arrested again.
