'Reign' sneak peek: Mary and Bash have their first post-kiss conversation

reign-chosen-mary-francis.jpgThings are getting awkward between Mary ( Adelaide Kane) and her two French loves on "Reign." While she's been happily engaged to Prince Francis ( Toby Regbo) since she was a child, her flirtation with Francis' illegitimate brother Bash ( Torrance Coombs) heated up last week and the two shared a drunken kiss.

Zap2it has an exclusive sneak peek of Mary and Bash's first post-kiss confrontation in Thursday's episode, "Chosen." "I was hoping we needn't discuss this but clearly we do. I was a bit drunk," Mary admits. "And you were too, weren't you?"

Responds Bash, "I regret that you are engaged to my brother -- a brother I consider my friend, and who thankfully doesn't know what happened."

But what Mary and Bash don't know is that Francis saw the whole thing. They'll get wise, though, when Mary tells Francis she's sorry about their fight about his ex-girlfriend, Olivia, and Francis responds, "Is that what you're sorry about?"

Looks like Mary and Bash have some explaining to do! Elsewhere in the episode, Bash will struggle with a human sacrifice (!!!) and Kenna will confess her affair with the King to the rest of the girls. Check out the exclusive clip below.

"Reign" airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
