On Monday night's (Oct. 10) "Dancing With the Stars," fitness legend Richard Simmons, 63, stopped by Chaz Bono and Lacey Schwimmer's rehearsal for their paso doble to "Gonna Fly Now" from "Rocky."

After the episode, the internet was abuzz with worry that Simmons, who was looking rather pale and thin, might be sick. But his longtime rep Tom Estey tells People, "He's the healthiest he's ever been."

"He's actually at the weight he was when we launched the original 'Sweatin' to the Oldies,' says Estey. " He is completely healthy, happy and fit as a fiddle. He's happy. Everything with him could not be better."

We're glad to hear it. Maybe they could get Richard on "Dancing With the Stars" Season 14!
