Rihanna references heartache at concert - Chris Brown spotted in audience
Rihanna and Chris Brown have reportedly split again, and it seems like she might not have been the one who initiated it. RiRi performed at Los Angeles' Staples Center amid rumors of the breakup, and some of her comments during the show imply she's dealing with some serious heartache.
"How many of you are in love? How many of you hate love? How many of you don't f**king understand it? I'm in that group," People reports Rihanna as saying. She then went on to sing her song "What Now," which starts with the lyrics, "I've been ignoring this big lump in my throat/I shouldn't be crying, tears were for the weaker days/I'm stronger, now what, so I say/But something's missing."
Maybe Rihanna was just trying to relay a message to a certain someone in the crowd, though. One fan tweeted that Brown attended his maybe-off-again girlfriend's show and sat in the middle VIP section.
"Rihanna concert was bomb saw Chris Brown literally was a inch away & fell in love with life all over again...." the concert attendee tweeted. "He left maybe like 3 songs before it was over, probably to beat traffic & a big crowd of fans."
Though Rihanna and Brown are reportedly taking some time off from one another right now, the general consensus is that their break won't be for very long. In fact, based on the fact that Brown was at Rihanna's concert, their romance could be rekindling right now.
