We're not going to lie -- the 2012 SAG Awards had been a little predictable and devoid of watercooler moments ... that is until the cast of "Bridesmaids" took the stage.
Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Melissa McCarthy -- armed with beer, champagne and vodka, respectively -- introduced their film, up for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, to the audience. While at other award shows the movies in the main categories are introduced by other folks, the SAGs up the awkward factor by having the stars of the film have the honors.
Thankfully, these ladies know how to make any situation fun, and debated the pronunciation of Scorsese (Score-say-zee or Score-sez-ee?) while sipping on their adult beverages of choice. Well, in McCarthy's case it was more like chugging. Let's hope that bottle wasn't actually full of Grey Goose. Wait, scratch that -- isn't liquor good for sore throats? (McCarthy was suffering from a bad case of laryngitis.) Well, that's what we usually tell ourselves...
