A year after getting arrested for OUI (operating under the influence) in Maine, actress Sally Sturthers is headed to court to face the criminal charge. The Associated Press reports Struthers, who starred on "All in the Family," will stand trial with jury selection beginning September 23.

The actress was arrested September 12, 2012 in Ogunquit, Maine. At the time she was starring in a production of "9 to 5" at a local playhouse.

Struthers will have to appear in court for the trial. She has plead not guilty, with her rep saying in a statement, "Sally is working and she is fine," adding, "We deny these charges." Struthers' last regular TV job was the recurring role of Babette Dell on "Gilmore Girls" from 2000-2007.
