Former "Dancing with the Stars" co-host Samantha Harris will need to undergo chemotherapy to treat breast cancer. She already had a double mastectomy to treat the disease but has since learned that the cancer had spread.

"When I came to in recovery, my surgeon was standing over me with a look of sadness and told me that he had to take out all of my lymph nodes," Harris tells People.com of her May 2014 mastectomy. "A few days later I got some good news. Thankfully, only one node was positive. Unfortunately, that usually means chemo."

Harris has not said when she would receive her chemotherapy treatments but adds that "I will take a deep breath and readjust my focus."
