Sarah Jessica Parker takes over for Demi Moore in 'Lovelace'

sarah-jessica-parker-met-gala-2010.jpgRight last name, wrong actress: Despite earlier reports that Mary-Louise Parker was being sought to take over Demi Moore's role as Gloria Steinem in the porn star biopic "Lovelace," the studio behind the film has confirmed that another Parker actually landed the role.

Sarah Jessica Parker will take over as the women's rights activist in the new movie about Linda Lovelace, the '70s porn star famous for "Deep Throat," E! Online confirms. The film began shooting in Los Angeles in December, and stars Amanda Seyfried as the titular porn star, along with other famous faces like  Peter Sarsgaard, Eric Roberts, Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Robert Patrick, Bobby Cannavale and Chris Noth.

Moore dropped out of the film after being rushed to the hospital Monday (Jan. 24). Although her rep claims it was for "exhaustion," subsequent reports -- and a terrifying 911 call -- have revealed that drugs were more likely to blame.
