Deadline
reports the Emmy winner is set to play a reporter in a police crime thriller pilot based on the non-fiction book, "Busted: A Tale of Corruption and Betrayal in the City of Brotherly Love."

"Busted" follows two Philadelphia Daily News reporters, Wendy Ruderman and Barbara Laker as they try to uncover one of the biggest police corruption scandals in Philadelphia history.

The show will be produced by "True Detective's" Anonymous Content as well as Sidney Kimmel Entertainment and reportedly won't be shopped to networks until the rest of the cast is rounded out.
