Sarah McLachlan's 'One Dream' shines as 2010 Winter Olympics theme

sarah-mclachlan-olympics-one-dream-320.jpgThe 2010 Winter Olympics are nigh, and Sarah McLachlan has something to get you in the mood.

The singer's "One Dream" is her theme song for the Olympics that will be held kicking off on Friday, Feb. 12.

It's appropriate that McLachlan, a Canadian, sings for these Vancouver Olympic Games.

It's a pretty song, gently inspiring. Our only issue is that the footage is predominantly figure skating. We really enjoy figure skating, but come on. What about the lugers, speed skaters, curlers, biathletes? Perhaps this song was a bit too gentle to represent all those sports. Ah well.

The 2010 Winter Olympic Games will air on NBC from Feb. 12-28.

What did you think of the song? What sport are you most looking forward to seeing?
