Sarah Palin supports Bristol emotionally, not financially

bristol-tripp.jpgLast month, teen mother Bristol Palin was featured in a PSA advising teens to "pause before you play." "What if I didn't come from a famous family?" she asks in the clip. "What if I didn't have all their support? What if I couldn't finish my education? What if I didn't have all these opportunities?"

Now, Bristol tells People that the support she receives from mother Sarah Palin and the rest of her family is emotional support, not financial. Bristol's 16-month-old son with Levi Johnston, Tripp, spends his days with a babysitter while Bristol works. "[My parents] are there for support when I need it emotionally, but I'm on my own financially. I work an 8 to 5 job, five days a week," Bristol says.
