'Saturday Night Live': Justin Timberlake is finale host? Twitter gaffe says so

justin-timberlake-snl-composite-320.jpgIs Justin Timberlake the host for the season finale of "Saturday Night Live"? Signs point to yes. Earlier Tuesday (April 19), a fan tweeted at the official "SNL" account, "I didn't realize that @nbcsnl isn't back until May 7th!!! What am I going to do!? Is Tina Fey the season finale!? #SNL #aaahhhh."

Whoever was manning the "SNL" Twitter controls responded, ""Nope! We have Timberlake after that!"

The tweet has since been deleted. Oopsy.

We think the chances are pretty good it is Timberlake. For one, "SNL" likes to get a big name for their season premieres and finales. Secondly, Timberlake is one of the best hosts to come along in the last decade. His digital shorts with Andy Samberg are legendary, plus we are big fans of when he dresses up like food and sings on the street. We are salivating at the prospect of him hosting for a fourth time (his previous outings as host were in 2003, 2006 and 2009, though he has also appeared numerous other times in cameos and/or as a musical guest).

So get ready, "SNL" fans - are you as excited as we are?
