'Scream' pilot nabs 'Arrow's' Bex Taylor-Klaus, rounds out rest of cast

"Arrow" and "The Killing" actress Bex Taylor-Klaus will be replacing Amy Forsyth in MTV's television adaption of "Scream."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Taylor-Klaus will be playing Audrey, the daughter of a Lutheran pastor who aspires to be a filmmaker. She is the former best friend of Willa Fitzgerald's Emma, who will lead the pilot.

MTV has also added Bobby Campo as "the hot English teacher," Connor Weil ("Sharknado") to play Emma's quarterback boyfriend and Joel Gretsch ( "The 4400") as Sheriff Hudson. 

"Faking It" director Jamie Travis will direct the pilot, which is being executive produced by Dimension Films and The Weinstein Co. -- who also ushered in the film series.
