Now the woman, 22-year-old Carissa Capeloto, is suing Kingston in civil court, claiming she was forced to have sex with the singer, his bodyguard and a member of his band during the aforementioned 2010 incident, after she had smoked pot and consumed multiple shots of vodka, reports TMZ.

According to the lawsuit, Capeloto claims when she arrived at Kingston's hotel room, he was naked in bed and the bodyguard put her on top of him, then the three men gang raped her while she was so intoxicated that she was "incapable of consent."

Capeloto also says in the lawsuit that she was treated at a nearby hospital for injuries consistent with rape and that her life has been ruined because of the incident, leaving her with insomnia, mood swings and panic attacks. She is suing for $5 million.

Kingston has filed his own documents claiming the sex was consensual. The trial is set for November.
