Sean Kingston update: Singer walking on his own after jet ski accident
Nearly a month after crashing his jet ski into a bridge, Kingston tweeted to let his fans know that his condition is improving. "Feeling alot [sic] better!" he wrote. "GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!" He even included a picture (above) of himself flashing a peace sign from his hospital room.
Kingston's publicist, Joseph Carozza, reports that while he hasn't been released yet, Kingston's condition has been upgraded to "fair" by doctors. He says that he recently walked on his own for the first time since the accident. As evidenced by the photo, Kingston is also off the ventilator that was helping him breathe after the traumatic event.
Alcohol was ruled out as a factor in the crash, but it's believed that Kingston may have been driving the jet ski recklessly. His passenger, Cassandra Sanchez (who only suffered minor injuries from the accident) says that she repeatedly warned him not to attempt to go under the low bridge.
