Sharon Osbourne 911 tape might hint at problems at home
Sharon Osbourne's 911 tape from a Jan. 17 incident where there was a fire at her house has been released, and it could offer clues into her current marital problems with husband Ozzy Osbourne. She was spotted moving out of their Beverly Hills home recently, and it is speculated that Ozzy's recently-admitted use of drugs and alcohol led to this late-night fire -- and Sharon taking some time away.
"We had a fire in my room. It was a candle. Do you think you could send the firemen? My husband put it out but I just want to be sure," she tells the police in the tape. "It set the table it was on on fire."
In a recent Facebook admission, Ozzy reveals that he is only 47 days sober, which means he could have been inebriated when this call was made at 4:45 a.m. on Jan. 17. Though Sharon claimed at the time that she was at fault for the fire, TMZ speculates she could have been covering for her husband.
"Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I'm just trying to be a better person," Ozzy writes in his recent Facebook post. "I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period.........and my fans."
