Sharon Osbourne slams NBC, 'America's Got Talent' for unsafe work conditions as former makeup artist sues

The co-host of CBS' "The Talk" put NBC and her former show on blast on Tuesday (Oct. 15), calling the network a "disgrace" for allegedly ignoring the serious injuries her former makeup artist suffered while on set, TMZ reports.

Jude Alcala, the makeup artist at the center of all of this, has filed suit against the Peacock as well as producers Syco Entertainment and Fremantle Media, claiming he fell through a hole in the "AGT" stage set last June, falling six feet, breaking his femur and damaging his shoulder.

Though Alcala and Osbourne no longer work together, the outspoken talk show host has spoken out on behalf of the injured party, telling TMZ "[it's] the worst stage in the entire world. Some guy designed a stage set with a hole in the middle. Somebody has to pay the price."

Osbourne, you'll recall, parted ways with NBC and "AGT" on rather ugly terms last year. She was replaced by Heidi Klum and former Spice Girl Mel B.
