Sharon Osbourne was joking about vagina-tightening surgery
"I'm so fed up going on to talk shows and people saying to me, 'So, what have you done this week or this month to your face? What surgery?' ... so then I turned around to this very fabulous guy in England whose show I was doing and he said, 'So what cosmetic surgery have you had?' ... I was just trying to be funny. He said to me, 'What cosmetic surgery have you had?' and I said, 'Oh, I've had my vagina tightened,' a flippant, stupid thing to be silly," says Osbourne.
Stern, though, wonders if she's now just saying she was joking because it became such a big deal and she's embarrassed.
"I was joking. I've not had it done," says Osbourne. "I'm never embarrassed. I swear on my children's lives I made it up just to be flippant."
Her "Talk" co-host Julie Chen adds, "That's what Sharon does, she does it all the time," referring to her making flippant remarks.
Then in all seriousness, Osbourne says, "How could I do that after I've had so much ill health? Now I'm going to start putting scaffolding up my vagina? It's like -- no."
Osbourne famously had a colon cancer scare in 2003 and recently underwent a double mastectomy because she has the genes that make her more likely to get breast cancer.
