Shia LaBeouf allegedly makes knife threat in Vancouver bar brawl

shia-labeouf-details.jpg Shia LaBeouf may need to go through a transformation of his own as the NY Post is reporting the " Transformers" star threatened to pull a knife on a man who restrained him during a Vancouver street fight.

The fracas started outside the Cinema Public House earlier in the week. In the oft-seen video, LaBeouf is first seen getting punched by an unidentified man. Then, when LaBeouf attempts to go after the man, local resident Shea Carter holds the actor back and tries to calm him down. That's when things got really hairy.

According to reports, LaBeouf said to Carter,"Well what if I grabbed my knife on you?" The actor later allegedly made a throat-slashing gesture at Carter.

LaBeouf has had a history of run-ins with the police. In 2007, he was charged with criminal trespassing but the charges were dropped. Then in 2011, he was detained after a bar fight in Sherman Oaks, CA but not charges were filed.

LaBeouf is in Canada shooting " The Company You Keep."
