Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested in New York City Thursday night (June 26) after getting kicked out of a Broadway performance of "Cabaret," reports WABC-TV New York

The former Disney Channel star was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after allegedly causing a disruption in the theater that included smoking and refusing to leave. LaBeouf was later seen crying as he spoke with the police officers on the scene.

One theatergoer says ,"He was quite a mess. He had a torn shirt, he had a cigarette, he was blending into the crowd, trying to, and chasing bums and craziness."

"He just walked up to the bar inside of 'Cabaret' and grabbed a strawberry and fed it to some woman off her plate," another patron adds. "And then tipped the bartender and ran out."

The former "Even Stevens" star's behavior has become increasingly bizarre over the last year or so, like launching an "IAMSORRY" art exhibit back in February.
