JB Smoove, known for playing Leon Black on "Curb Your Enthusiasm," is moving ... but not up. The actor will team up with Shawn Levy to develop a FOX sitcom about a man who lives in the basement of the house he shared with his now ex-wife because the cost of moving out is too high. [ Variety]

USA Network has been doing pretty well with its original scripted programming, but will bring back "WWE Tough Enough," which will be the network's first reality series in five years. It will pair well with the "WWE Monday Night Raw," much like liver pairs with fava beans and a nice Chianti. [ Deadline]

It's a technophile's "Cribs." DIY Network will launch "Hollywood Hi-Tech" (working title) which focuses on stars' home electronics and high-end custom installations. Sexy, right? Khloe Kardashian, Josh Duhamel and Kevin Connolly will be some of the first celebs featured. [ DIY]

Former New Jersey real housewife, Dina Manzo, teases that she's coming back to TV. It won't be "Real Housewives of New Jersey," but not "reality TV" at all. Interesting. [ Popeater]
