'So You Think You Can Dance': Ellen DeGeneres performs on finale
Ellen DeGeneres will join tWitch for a "very special performance" during Thursday's (Aug. 12) two-hour finale, which we're assuming will be a little more complex than the moves she throws out during the opening of her talk show every day. The ex-"American Idol" judge will also be dancing in front of Nigel Lythgoe, who's returning to "Idol" as an executive producer.
In addition to crowning the Season 7 winner -- either Kent, Lauren or Robert -- the finale will also feature performances by British "SYTYCD" winner Charlie Bruce, Quest Crew, tap dancers the Manzari Brothers and indie-rock duo Black Gold.
FOX is also unveiling a new online feature at the "SYTYCD" website in conjunction with the finale. Fans will be able to watch the finale performances from multiple angles with "Dance 360," which will film the performances with a 360-degree video camera.
The "SYTYCD" finale airs at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
