The sexy brunette not only makes bank from her "Modern Family" salary but also has numerous endorsement deals launching her to the top of the list with a cool $30 million earned from May 2012 to May 2013, up $11 million from what nabbed her the top spot a year ago. She also more than doubles the next-highest earning woman's total.

"Law & Order: SVU's" anchor Marska Hargitay and "The Big Bang Theory's" Kaley Cuoco are in second place with $11 million apiece, while the No. 4 spot boasts Melissa McCarthy, Bethenny Frankel, Ellen Pompeo, Tina Fey and the three eldest Kardashian sisters, all earning $10 million a year each.

Cobie Smulders, Alyson Hannigan, Amy Poehler, Julianna Margulies, Lena Dunham, Zooey Deschanel, Courteney Cox, Whitney Cummings, Mindy Kaling and Kerry Washington round out the Top 20.
