When the last episode of "Sons of Anarchy," "Poenitentia," went off the air, it looked like viewers were saying goodbye to Tig ( Kim Coates). He was left alone with Damon Pope's men, to avenge the death of the late crime boss's daughter.
Did he actually die, though? The promo for the next episode, "Wolksangel," certainly doesn't put those fears to rest. Someone is losing their cut, as the club sets it on fire in what looks like some kind of goodbye. Still, by the end of the promo it's plain to see three separate boxes are being lit, none of which is human-sized, so it's likely not a funeral.
Chibs ( Tommy Flanagan) also finally calls Jax ( Charlie Hunnam) out on the decisions he's making without bringing them to the club. It's becoming a habit of Jax's and one that needs to be stopped, for the good of the SAMCRO. Still, Jax has convinced himself that what he's doing ensures their future.
As for the rest of the promo, it looks like Neo-Nazi Darby ( Mitch Pileggi) is making his long-awaited return to "Sons of Anarchy" and Jax's plan to get SAMCRO out of the gun trade isn't going to as smoothly as he'd hoped. It looks like he's even meeting with another charter president to make it happen.
"Sons of Anarchy" airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
