On Monday's (July 29) "Colbert Report," Stephen Colbert took on the "Kim Kardashian Hollywood" game that has become all the rage in recent weeks.

"Time was, to be famous you had to rise above your peers in a given field. ... These days, fame is finally democratized," says Colbert. "Just look at Kim Kardashian. I am a huge fan of whatever it is she does. She's proven that becoming a celebrity can be a skill all of its own. And now, the tragically fame-deficient can get a taste of her super-stardom at America's most exclusive boutique -- the app store. ... To win, you must carefully navigate 20 levels, or upload one sex tape."

"The goal is bring your avatar from the E-list to the A-list, which takes hours of tapping on your screen. But all the hard work you're putting in is just as real as the fame you're achieving," Colbert continues.

He then introduces his own app called "Stephen Colbert: I'd Tap That!"
