Steven Tyler not impressed by Mick Jagger's 'Saturday Night Live' impersonation

One viewer, however -- Steven Tyler, of "American Idol" and (oh, yeah) Aerosmith fame -- was not particularly impressed.

Jagger impersonated Tyler in a skit about a new reality show, "So You Think You Can Dance at an Outdoor Music Festival," which poked fun at Tyler's "Idol" judging gig. "On loan from 'American Idol' and those weird Burger King commercials. We're lucky to have her," snarked Bill Hader's host character.

"Ohhh, they got it so wrong; He could have done the yeah yeah yeah!" Tyler told HollywoodLife at the "American Idol" finale on Wednesday night. Though Jagger may have missed out on Tyler's signature howl, he did wear a very Tyler-like rocker wig streaked with gray. "I thought he looked good with long hair. I've always wanted him to grow it back."

Tyler didn't take it personally, though. "It was good, it was fun," he says. "He could have done the bastard son of Mick Jagger, there have been so many skits."
