suburgatory-s3-premiere-date.jpgABC has announced its midseason premiere dates, and it's sticking to its announced plan to offer as few repeats as possible during the winter months.

So while "Scandal," "Once Upon a Time" and "Grey's Anatomy" take a break in January and February, ABC is offering up a mix of new and returning shows -- including new seasons of "The Bachelor" and "Suburgatory" -- and a miniseries called "The Assets," about the Aldrich Ames scandal at the CIA in the 1980s.

"The Assets" will air at 10 p.m. ET Thursdays following a second season of "The Taste," giving ABC's regular Thursday lineup a break for January and February (and also not wasting any new "Grey's" or "Scandal" episodes opposite the Winter Olympics). "Suburgatory" will rejoin the network's Wednesday comedy lineup at 8:30 p.m. Jan. 15, and new comedy "Mixology" will premiere at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 26 ("Super Fun Night" will have finished its season by then).

New dramas "Killer Women," "Resurrection" and "Mind Games" also have homes on the midseason slate. "Nashville," which had been scheduled to go on a winter hiatus as well, will instead air a handful of original episodes in January and February.

"Grey's" and "Scandal" are scheduled to return on Feb. 27, while "OUAT" is back on March 9.
