'Supernatural' exec producer Sera Gamble talks season 6

sera-gamble-supernatural-32.jpg "Supernatural" executive producer Sera Gamble assures fans of the show that she and her fellow writers have plenty of ideas for season 6.

"None of us are the slacker type who would just get up that morning and do a season," Gamble says in the video below. "We have been preparing for the possibility of season 6 pretty much this whole season, so we have a lot of ideas."

Now, this video was shot (by The CW Source) a few weeks ago, before The CW's Tuesday announcement that it had picked up the show for 2010-11, so you'll hear Gamble saying "if" a couple times. But in terms of where the story's going, she's as in the know as anyone -- and is likely to take over as showrunner next season when creator Eric Kripke (who'll stay on as an executive producer) hands over the day-to-day reins.

Take a gander at what Gamble has to say.
