trapper-joe-lafont-swamp-people.jpg Joe LaFont, a.k.a. Trapper Joe, star of "Swamp People" on the History Channel, has been arrested for domestic violence in Florida, TMZ reports.

Early Wednesday morning (June 20), Trapper Joe was arrested in Orange County for domestic battery after he and his girlfriend were involved in some kind of argument, sources tell TMZ. The specific details are not available at this time.

Trapper is currently being held on a $1,500 bond.

The "Swamp People" fellas have been in the news a lot lately - back in April, Trapper Joe and his stepson Tommy were nearly killed in a five-car pile-up in Arkansas, and then in May, Mitchell Guist was killed in a boating accident in Louisiana.
