'Swamp People's' R.J. and Jay Paul Molinere arrested for allegedly beating man in mini-mart

Two cast members of the popular History Channel show "Swamp People" had a run-in with the law this week. TMZ reports that father-son alligator hunters R.J. and Jay Paul Molinere were arrested Friday (Sept. 6) for an incident from last month where they allegedly got into a fight with a local man.

The cops say the two men got into an argument with a 24-year-old man on a highway, then reportedly followed said man to a nearby mini-mart, where they attacked him with a beer bottle. The man is said to have sustained a black eye and swollen forehead and jaw.

The Molineres turned themselves into police on Friday and were booked on charges of aggravated battery. They were then released on a $1,000 bond.
