Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro are currently negotiating to star in a movie called "Grudge Match," this according to The Wrap. The comedy, should it get the green light, is about two retired pugilists who get in the ring one last time to settle the score.

Assuming all goes according to plan, Peter Segal ( "Anger Management") will direct. The most recent iteration of the script is being penned by "Entourage" creator Doug Ellin.

Stallone, of course, earned two Oscar nominations for "Rocky" (Best Actor, Best Original Screenplay). He then reprised that character in five sequels. De Niro won a Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of Jake LaMotta in the 1980 movie "Raging Bull."

The report states that Stallone's reps say he's considering the role. De Niro's spokesperson did not comment.
