Tamra Barney reveals she had cervical cancer, will not have more babies

tamra-barney-cancer-real-housewives-of-orange-county-getty.jpg "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Barney decided to have her breast implants removed during Season 7 of the Bravo show, and on Thursday's (April 12) episode of "The Dr. Oz Show," she reveals why she was finally convinced to do it.

"I had a little health scare," Barney, 44, says on the show. "I was going through this divorce [from ex Simon Barney]. I go to the doctor and I have lumps in my breasts and I had cervical cancer that had to be removed."

She says that by deciding to remove the implants, she felt like she was taking control of her body again.

"I really went through this like, 'What is going on with my body? What is going on?' I'm talking to my doctor about ... doing a hysterectomy," she says, "and I have lumps and I'm thinking, 'Oh my god. I needed to take over my body.'"

And now she has fiance Eddie Judge, 39, by her side for support, along with her four children. So are the pair planning to add more kids to their brood?

"For those who keep asking me if I would have another baby the truth is NO," she writes on her Facebook page Monday. "Doctor has warned me that even if I got pregnant at my age I probably would not be able carry a baby after the procedure I had.....we have talked about adoption and surrogacy if we feel we want more kids."
