Tara Reid outburst: Actress demands 'fame' discount at clothing store
Tara Reid reportedly had a big outburst when she recently went into an All Saints clothing store in Los Angeles to buy an outfit for Coachella. According to those who saw the actress at the store, Reid "demanded a discount" from employees "because of her fame."
When Reid didn't get what she wanted, The New York Post's insiders claims she "began to scream at [the employees] and was escorted out." "She seemed drunk," one of the sources says.
The problem? Reid allegedly gets a discount at All Saints stores in the UK and Paris, and wanted that same sort of preferential treatment in the US. Her representative claims that she is a "walking billboard" for the brand, so Reid gets to pay less to wear the clothing.
"Tara gets a huge discount with All Saints in the UK and Paris because she's a walking billboard for them. She gets photographed ... so they give her huge hookups. We told them we get a discount, and they said they'd email the press team," the rep tells the Post, claiming that Reid left the store of her own accord. "Tara didn't think it made sense and asked them to check again. ... She was definitely not drunk. People love to say Tara's hammered and this and that ... whoever is saying that is not on Team Tara."
