Teen Choice Awards 2013 winners: What happened to Choice Summer Movie Actor and other missing categories?

The 2013 Teen Choice Awards are over and there's still some categories that haven't handed out a surfboard. FOX sent out a press release of award winners, which included several that didn't make the telecast. However, there were six that were missing.

They were mostly movie categories, though one music award also didn't make the cut. Zap2it has reached out to FOX to ask about the missing surfboards, but at the time of this post hasn't heard back.
