'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans reportedly sold assault video for $5,000. Stay classy, girl
Brittany Maggard, the girl responsible for pushing Jenelle Evans into a horrific brawl with friend, Britany Truett, is claiming that the "Teen Mom 2" star tried to hustle the video for some cash. Of course she did.
TMZ, who first posted the video on March 25, reports that Maggard and a friend/cameraman named Nick had the idea to sell the video of Evans pummeling Truett. The fight erupted over something ridiculous involving Evans' scumbag ex-boyfriend, Kieffer Delp.
According to Maggard, Evans thought that selling the video was a "good idea" and then she followed up with a call to "someone she knows at a [photo] agency to purchase the video." Said video eventually sold for $5,000, with Evans demanding a larger cut of the profits because as she says, "You wouldn't get any money if I wasn't famous!"
Since the video ended up as a TMZ exclusive, it remains to be seen how much the site fronted for it. Evans attorney, however, doesn't believe the accusations.
The girls may have made some bank of the video, but it also landed them both in jail, along with the victim. Must be nice to be this "Nick" fellow right about now.
