'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham's suicidal shocker: 'All I could think about was killing myself'Add to Favorites | Teen Mom
"All I could think about was killing myself," she says in the interview to promote her forthcoming memoir, "My Teenage Dream Ended."
And Farrah had a plan. "I figured I would drown myself in the bathtub -- that seemed like the easiest way to go."
The 21-year-old single mother's breakdown occurred two years after her daughter Sophia's birth and the tragic death of her baby daddy, Derek Underwood, who was killed in a car accident when Farrah was pregnant.
"We hadn't spoken in more than two months," Farrah says about her ex-boyfriend in her book, "but crazily I had still hoped we had a future together."

Before she was diagnosed with clinical depression, Farrah coped with her unhappiness by drinking and using cocaine and marijuana. With therapy and medication, however, she got "back on track."
"I realized I was being selfish," she says about her suicidal ideation. "The most important thing is making sure that [Sophia's] well taken care of -- how am I going to do that if I'm dead?"
Farrah's "Teen Mom" castmate, Amber Portwood, now serving a five-year prison term for felony drug possession and parole violation, recently admitted she attempted suicide twice in two years.
Farrah's book goes on sale Aug. 14. Will you buy it?
