It's yet another delay for the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie, produced by Michael Bay. The film has been in production for a few months, looking at a June 6, 2014 release date. It's now been announced the movie, which stars Megan Fox, Will Arnett and William Fichtner, is being pushed back a little over two months.
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" will now hit the screen on August 8, THR reports. That date is currently occupied by "Dracula," which stars Luke Evans as the legendary vampire. It's worth noting that Bay has another movie in June, "Transformers 4." It's entirely possible "Ninja Turtles" was moved to avoid any sort of conflict.
The new movie is a reboot of the franchise, which includes the character of Vernon (Arnett), from the original cartoon series, for the first time. The release date was moved from its previous May release date back in February.
