Terrence Howard leaves voicemail death threat
Note to self: Oscar-nominee Terrence Howard is not a fan of the ole prank call.
RadarOnline has exclusive details regarding an Aug. 31 prank call to "Hustle and Flow" actor Terrence Howard gone horribly, horribly wrong. Radar reports that the prank caller obtained what he thought was the actor's phone number. After a night of drinking (of course), the source gave his phone and the number to a female friend who called the actor to jokingly express her "undying love."
But here's the twist. Apparently, the number actually belonged to Howard's wife, Michelle Ghent. So a random woman calls Terrence Howard's wife's phone and leaves a message about how much she loves him. We're sure Howard got an earful for that.
And so Howard returned the earful, calling the number back and responding with a violent voicemail threat.
"If you call my wife again, I'm going to come to your house and I'm going to cut your f*****g throat. Understand that."
Yikes. Howard called to apologize a week later, presumably after the whole silly affair had been sorted out. In another voicemail, the actor states "I thought you were somebody that's been harassing my wife. Please forgive me." Howard also texted his apologizes, asking that the pranker "forgive me for the anger...I too am devoted to my love."
RadarOnline has confirmed Howard as the source of the angry voicemail, which you can listen to here.
