amazing-race-final-3.JPG "The Amazing Race" 19 came down to the three couples of the engaged Ernie/Cindy, the dating Jeremy/Sandy, and married couple Amani/Marcus Pollard. So who took home the money?

The final leg of the race took off from Panama - Phil Keoghan, a plan, a canal, Panama! - and sent the teams to Atlanta, Georgia. The teams leave within two minutes of one another, with Ernie/Cindy and Jeremy/Sandy lamenting that Amani and Marcus are from Atlanta, so they have a huge advantage.

Their first in Hotlanta is partnering in a flight simulator, which is kind of intimidating at first glance. Jeremy and Sanda maintain their lead out of the flight task, where they head to the home of Margaret Mitchell, the author of "Gone With the Wind." Her home is apparently called "The Dump."

Ernie and Cindy leave the simulator second, despite arriving last. Marcus and Amani are behind. Hilariously, Jeremy and Sandy end up at a furniture store called The Dump, so Ernie/Cindy find the Mitchell house first.

The Roadblock is using an old-fashioned typewriter to type out the next clue. It takes Ernie awhile, but he gets it and they eventually head for an outfield wall at Turner Field that commemorates Hank Aaron breaking the homerun record.

At the wall, the pair have to send one up on a harness to an enormous map where they have to map out their "Amazing Race" route in order to receive the final clue. The non-harnessed one of the pair can shout out instructions. Cindy actually makes fairly quick work of the challenge. Her geography knowledge is top-notch and they head for Swan House, the finish line.

The editing tries to make it look like Jeremy and Sandy might catch Ernie and Cindy, but I don't think it's that close. So Ernie and Cindy are the winners of the 19th season of "The Amazing Race."

Are you happy with the winners, "Amazing Race" fans?
