amazing-race-24-finale-david-copperfield.jpg "The Amazing Race 24" finale is bringing the three remaining teams -- Brendan and Rachel, Dave and Connor and Jen and Caroline -- to Vegas for their final round in the show's third all-star season. As part of the "epic" finale, they'll encounter illusionist David Copperfield, who will perform a magic trick for all three teams that will play in to their final challenge.

Zap2it caught up with Copperfield ahead of the final episode, and he teased the huge trick he performed three separate times. "It takes years of testing and work and rehearsal [for most big events], but we only had a couple months for this one," he says, but that made him think outside the box even more. "When you have a limited time it forces you to think better."

After CBS approached him to do the episode, they collaborated to think of a trick that he could do three times in a row the exact same way.

"In my world, you don't do anything twice, ever. In magic, they say never do the trick twice because people become bored and they try to figure it out," he says. "We had to design something that could be seen three times, one after the other, all in an equal amount of time, so that made it a very unique challenge."

So what can you expect? Each team approached the task differently, and "the results are unexpected," Copperfield says. "It's really epic to watch."

"The Amazing Race 24" finale airs Sunday (May 18) at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
