'The Bachelorette' premiere moves back a week on ABC
ABC has made a couple changes to its summer premiere schedule, including moving the start of "The Bachelorette" back one week, from May 20 to May 27. In its place on May 20 will go new scripted series "Motive."
The show, a Canadian crime drama starring Kristin Lehman ("The Killing") and Louis Ferreira ("Breaking Bad"), had been scheduled to premiere after the "Dancing With the Stars" finale on May 21. Instead, it will air after the final "DWTS" performances on May 20 before going to its regular Thursday home on May 23.
ABC will fill the May 21 schedule with a "Dancing" recap special at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the two-hour finale.
"The Bachelorette," meanwhile, is now scheduled to premiere at 8 p.m. May 27.
