'The Big Bang Theory': Stephen Hawking to guest star; Watch out Sheldon!

hawking-2010-getty.jpgIt looks like Dr. Sheldon Cooper ( Jim Parsons) may finally meet his match. Famed theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking is set to guest star on "The Big Bang Theory."

TV Guide Canada is reporting that Hawking will appear in the April 5 episode of the nerd comedy. Producers are mum on the details, but if it doesn't involve Hawking one-upping Sheldon, we'll be shocked.

This isn't the show's first use of a high-profile scientist. They've previously cast astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and theoretical physicist Dr. Brian Greene for guest spots on the show.

Hawking has previously played himself in both "The Simpsons" and "Futurama." Oh, and he knows everything.
