dora-madison-burge-star-crossed-fnl-gi.jpgThe "Friday Night Lights" connection on The CW's "Star-Crossed" is getting even deeper. Zap2it can exclusively reveal that Dora Madison Burge, the envy of Tim Riggins lovers everywhere, has signed on for a very juicy recurring role on the alien drama.

Burge will recur heavily throughout Season 1 as Zoe, a classmate of Emery ( Aimee Teegarden) and Roman ( Matt Lanter) at Marshall High. She's part of Queen Bee Taylor's popular clique, but she's not just Taylor's ( Natalie Hall) tagalong -- there's much more to Zoe than meets the eye.

"Star-Crossed" takes place 10 years after an alien ship crash-lands on Earth. Administrators in the small Louisiana town next to the crash site decide to integrate the local high school with seven of the alien teenagers who have been living in a special high-security sector for their people, the Atrians. Human Emery and Atrian Roman realize they shared a special bond as children, but their connection is taboo among both the human and Atrian communities.

Burge played the not-exactly beloved Becky in Seasons 4 and 5 of "Friday Night Lights" alongside her "Star-Crossed" co-stars Teegarden and Grey Damon (she was bros with Tim Riggins and she dated Luke Cafferty. That's pure, seething jealousy you feel emanating through this post) and has recurred on ABC Family's "The Lying Game" and Showtime's  "Dexter."

"Star-Crossed" premieres Monday, Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
