Author John Green has shared the first pictures from the set of "The Fault in Out Stars," starring Shailene Wodley and Ansel Elgort as teenagers battling cancer. While the photos don't give away too much about the movie, it's nice to have an inside man on the production.
The most telling of the pictures is of a bottle of medication labeled Phalanxifor. The fictional drug is used to help slow the growth of Hazel's (Woodley) cancer in Green's novel. He also posted photos of his chair back on the set and the clapboard used for the first scene in the movie, which Green says was given to him as a birthday gift.
Previously, Woodley chopped off her hair for the movie, sharing that process online, as well. "The Fault in Our Stars" also stars Nat Wolff and Laura Dern. It's currently scheduled for a 2014 release date.
