On the next episode of "The Good Wife," the shock has worn off from Will's sudden murder. But the grief process continues as Alicia and Diane consider merging their firms, even as they find themselves facing off in court in a bitter divorce suit.

Meanwhile, Alicia offers Finn, the prosecuting attorney who was shot protecting Will, some assistance when she discovers the State's Attorney is looking for a scapegoat in Jeffrey Grant's case.

Watch the above clip of "A Material World," where Diane and David Lee argue about what to do with Lockhart & Gardner. Do you hope L/G and Florrick & Agos merge? We hope they don't, but it's certainly a conversation we believe Diane and Alicia would have after what happened.

"The Good Wife" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
